The hotel was incredibly spacious with a luxuriously large bed, clean, and super cute, but unfortunately, there was absolutely no water flowing from the hot water side of the face bowl sink inside the room.

The service was top-notch. The staff, particularly the woman in the morning, were generally helpful and friendly. They were really kind and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. You are impacted by the hotel's decoration and elegance as soon as you arrive.

My stay at the hotel was simply amazing! The rooms were gloriously big with a luxuriously large bed, clean, and super cute. The service was top-notch, with the staff being really kind and helpful. The location in Pereira was just perfect. However, it was a bit disappointing that there was absolutely no water flowing from the hot water side of the face bowl sink.
